What labor-only covers
If you have rented a truck, a container, or a storage pod, we send the crew and skip the vehicle. That usually costs less than a full-service move and works well for anyone comfortable driving the truck themselves.
We also help load a single piece of furniture, shuttle boxes into a storage unit, or unload a pod that just arrived in the driveway.
How it is billed
Labor-only jobs are billed by the hour, with the crew size matched to how much you have and how far it has to travel from the door to the truck. A studio with a short carry might need two people; a house with a long walk to the driveway needs more.
What we bring
Dollies, straps, moving blankets, and floor protection come standard, even on a labor-only job. Your things get wrapped the same way they would on a full-service move.
When it makes sense
This works well for a college move-out, a short-term rental turnover, or anyone who already owns a truck and just needs the lifting done. Tell us what you have and we will size the crew for it.
Booking a labor-only job
Give us the pickup location, whether it is a house, an apartment, or a storage unit, and roughly how many rooms of furniture and boxes are involved. Let us know if there are stairs, a long walk from the parking area, or an elevator that needs booking.
A labor-only job books faster than a full-service move since there is no truck routing to coordinate, which makes it a good option even on shorter notice.
What we will not do
We will not load anything into a truck that is clearly overloaded past a safe limit, and we will flag it if the vehicle you have rented looks too small for what needs to go in it. Better to know that before the crew starts than halfway through the job.
